1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and gkpk (hereinafter "gkpk", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the gkpk.net website and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, poker, and any other product offered by gkpk from time to time.

By accessing gkpk.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gkpk platform and refrain from creating or accessing any account.

These Terms should be read alongside gkpk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and gkpk. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published by gkpk, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

In order to be eligible to use gkpk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from gkpk or self-excluded from any gambling platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of gkpk or its affiliated entities.
• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

gkpk may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in your account being suspended pending verification, or permanently closed if verification cannot be completed. Any winnings generated during a period in which eligibility conditions were not met may be forfeited.

Age Verification Process

gkpk employs a rigorous age and identity verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address documents such as a recent utility bill or bank statement may also be requested. All documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. Submitting fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on gkpk. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gkpk reserves the right to close all but one account, void any associated bonuses, and withhold winnings generated under the duplicate account.

Registration Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. gkpk cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gkpk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow another person to use your account. gkpk will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gkpk immediately at [email protected].

Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. gkpk may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. If the balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the balance will be reduced to zero and the account may be closed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

gkpk operates a Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) wallet. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied to funds held in your gkpk account. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit on gkpk is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. gkpk does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is detected, gkpk reserves the right to void the deposit, close the account, and return funds to the original payment source where technically possible.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes to four (4) hours during normal Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. gkpk reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display unusual patterns. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in the Bonuses and Promotions section below.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gkpk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms at the time the offer is communicated. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the promotion. Failure to meet the requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

gkpk monitors all bonus activity and applies sophisticated detection tools to identify abusive patterns. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, account suspension, and may be reported where required by applicable law.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on gkpk are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all gkpk products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gkpk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed.
• gkpk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human mistake, even if the bet has already been settled.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and gkpk reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice, including during active play.
• gkpk shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of a market being suspended, delayed, or settled incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate data from third-party data providers.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per account. These limits may be adjusted at gkpk's discretion without prior notice.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. gkpk does not interfere with RNG outcomes.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, gkpk reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. Bets or game rounds that are voided due to malfunction will be refunded at the original stake value. gkpk is not liable for any consequential loss arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gkpk platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, funds forfeited where applicable, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage or disrupts normal platform operation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any conduct intended to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to poker, live dealer tables, or tournament formats.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an advantage not available to ordinary players.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with gkpk support staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

gkpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe; (c) fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; (d) continued operation of the account is no longer commercially viable; or (e) required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your gkpk account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, gkpk will process any remaining verified balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or verification obligations. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon written request, subject to identity re-verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from gkpk on responsible gaming grounds may request a self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for defined durations or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not be permitted to access the platform, create a new account, or receive promotional communications. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, gkpk will retain transaction records, communication logs, and identity documents for the period required by applicable law. These records may be used in the investigation of disputes, fraud claims, or regulatory enquiries. The closure of an account does not extinguish any obligation owed by either party prior to the date of closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which gkpk operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through gkpk's internal complaints process shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in gkpk's published complaints policy. gkpk's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
